NEW ADULT GROUP FORMING – Here’s how to get your name on the list.

Now is the time to begin your training in the company of others like yourself:

Age 18 or older (there’s no upper limit)

Committed and willing to work hard for rapid progress

Able to attend two to three classes per week (T/Th 7 to 8:30 p.m., Sat 9:30-10:30 a.m.)

Ready to learn something new (no experience necessary)

Redwood Dojo is accepting registrations for a new group of adults who will begin training together once the minimum class size is reached. Simply fill in your name and email address in the form below. In the ‘message’ box, tell us a little about yourself: your age, your past training (if any), and your number one reason for wanting to get started working out. Provide your phone number if you wish, and feel free to add any questions or comments you may have.

Your registration will be forwarded to email; it will not appear on this page. The information you provide will not be shared or misused. If you would like your question or comment to appear on this page, scroll down to use the ‘reply’ form after you send in your registration.

Don’t want to wait for a new group to form? New adult students are accepted on an ongoing basis during the Tuesday/Thursday 6 to 7:30 p.m. teen/adult class. Please use the contact form above to set up a date for your first class. We’ll be in contact to answer any questions you may have.

    I am 44 years old/young and interested in looking into training, I did some martial arts when I was a young adult for a few years and saw Coung Nhu incorporates a mixture of many martial arts. I would like to train to get back my health and develop my mind, body and spirit at this age.
